After school he started autodidactic studies in the fields of Literature, Music and Human Sciences.
Works with language since 1989, creating mostly sound poetry after 1998.
Started to make music with a computer in 1999. Plays solo, in a duo with Christoph Schiller (hrtf), in other less stable duos and makes sound installations.
Writes about experimental, improvised, composed and electronic contemporary music for swiss newspapers and the journal „dissonanz/dissonance“.
He lives with the pianist Tanja Masanti and their daughter Lea Lisa Philomena.
