Klaus Kürvers (born 1950 in Essen) is a German double bassist, architect, architectural historian and author associated with Berlin's Echtzeitmusik and improvised-music scene.

He began playing double bass in the 1960s, returned to active improvisation after a long period focused on architecture and research, and has since collaborated with numerous Berlin-based experimental musicians.
