Patrick Crossland

Patrick Crossland is an American trombonist, contemporary-music performer and improviser. His work combines new-music performance, instrumental theatre, chamber music and improvisation, and he has collaborated closely with composers in Europe and the United States.

He teaches trombone, musicianship and jazz history at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where his research and performance interests include contemporary performance practice, instrumental theatre and improvisation.
