Quentin Conrate

Quentin Conrate is a French sound creator, performer and improviser whose work grew from music into dance, performance and visual-art contexts. He works with an 'incomplete' drum kit, field recordings and spatial approaches to sound.

His practice moves between improvised music, contemporary music, musical theatre and transdisciplinary performance, with a particular focus on the relation between gesture, body and sonic space.
