Tomás Becket

Tomás Becket is a Barcelona-born pianist, composer and improviser whose work moves through jazz, modern music, free improvisation and interdisciplinary performance. He studied jazz and modern music at Taller de Músics and later completed a degree in Musicology at the University of La Rioja.

His projects range from jazz and Latin-jazz to collaborations with contemporary dance and visual art, alongside film music and educational work. Free improvisation has become increasingly central to his recent performances and recordings, including the 2026 Creative Sources quartet release Morphological Changes.
